3.1 By placing an Order on the Website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that you are at least 18 years old.
3.2 All Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason at our sole discretion.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices listed on the Website are in GBP (British Pounds) and inclusive of VAT (where applicable) but exclusive of delivery charges.
4.2 Payment for Orders must be made in full at the time of placing the Order. We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal.
5. Sold as Seen
5.1 All items listed on the Website are sold as seen. The seller makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the condition, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose of any item.
5.2 Purchasers accept all items in their current condition, with any faults or imperfections.
6. UK Delivery
6.1 We will make every effort to deliver the Products within the estimated delivery timescales. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
6.2 UK delivery is free of charge via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
6.3 All orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 working days of being placed on the Website unless alterations are required.
6.4 Once shipped, UK deliveries can be expected in 1-2 working days.
6.5 If resizing or alteration is requested, please allow an additional 14 working days.
7. International Shipping - EU and Northern Ireland customers: Please be aware that, at this time, we are only able to ship fully hallmarked antique items to your region.
7.1 Please be aware, for international orders there may be country-specific customs duties and/or taxes payable on delivery. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of any customs duties and/or taxes that may apply in their own country.
7.2 The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties and/or taxes that may apply.
7.3 By law and for insurance purposes, we will state the exact amount paid for the item on our customs documents when the item leaves the UK.
7.4 If the buyer refuses to pay customs duties and/or taxes on delivery and the item is not safely returned to us, no refund will be issued. If the item is safely returned, any fees will be deducted from the refund.
7.4 A charge of £25 will be applied at checkout for international shipping via DHL Express.
7.5 All orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 working days of being placed on the Website unless alterations are required.
7.6 International deliveries can be expected in 5-7 working days.
7.7 If resizing or alteration is requested, please allow an additional 14 working days for delivery.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding return postage costs.
8.2 The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and ensuring that the item is returned to us safely. Please ensure that you return the item via guaranteed special delivery with tracking and insurance. Refunds will not be provided for items that are not returned via guaranteed special delivery and become damaged or lost in the process.
8.3 International returns must be marked as "UK RETURNED GOODS" and be shipped via DHL Express fully insured to the value of the item/items being returned. To avoid additional customs charges. Any fees incurred due to incorrect labelling will be deducted from the refund amount.
8.4 Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
8.5 Items that have been altered or resized cannot be returned. This includes resizing that was included in the order and arranged through us. It is the customers responsibility to confirm the correct finger size or length. This includes converting sizes from UK to other sizing systems.
8.6 If you believe an item has been damaged during the delivery process, please inform us and send photo evidence of this with 24 hours of delivery.
9. Sale Items and Condition Disclosure
9.1 Any item purchased at a discounted price (including but not limited to clearance sales, promotional discounts, or special offers) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item is found to be materially faulty or not as described.
9.2 We provide detailed descriptions and images of each item. By purchasing a sale item, the buyer acknowledges they have reviewed all available information before completing the purchase. This policy applies only to discounted or sale items and does not affect statutory rights regarding faulty goods.
10. Fit for Purpose
10.1 While we take care to accurately describe the condition and characteristics of each piece, we do not warrant that the jewellery is suitable for any specific purpose, including but not limited to daily wear, unless explicitly stated in the description.
10.2 Buyers acknowledge that antique, vintage and second-hand jewellery may have inherent flaws, signs of wear, or characteristics unique to its age, and should carefully review item descriptions and images before making a purchase. We recommend contacting us directly or consulting with a professional jeweller for any questions regarding the suitability of a particular piece for wear or use.

11.1 All intellectual property rights in the Products and content of the Website are owned by us or our licensors.
