Resizing and alterations
See a ring that you love but it is not in your size? You have two options; you can either purchase the ring as it is and consult your local jeweller about ring resizing, or you can add 'Resizing' to your cart with the ring and we will arrange professional resizing for you.
Most of our rings can be resized up or down at least two sizes. Some rings can be resized up or down up to 6 or 7 sizes. This is specific to each unique ring and depends on a range of conditions such as shape, width and weight of the band. Sizing a ring up more than 2 sizes may require the addition of gold which will naturally incur more cost.
We have plenty of experience with ring sizing and would be happy to advise on the best methods for measuring ring size accurately. Feel free to reach out and email us at info@dearmaryjewellery.co.uk for help with this.
If you would like us to arrange resizing or ring alterations, the rates are as follows:
Two sizes up or down - £45.00 - £55.00
More than two sizes up - Up to £85.00+
Please allow up to an additional 14 workings days to our delivery timeframes if an item requires resizing. If urgent, send us a message and we will see what we can do.
Please note, although we can offer advice and support, it is your responsibility to ensure that we are given the correct ring size. This includes converting sizes from UK to other sizing systems. Once a ring has been altered for you, it cannot be returned.
