At Dear Mary we are passionate about providing you with the best product we possibly can and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in the same condition it was received in and in its original packaging.
As a small business, we incur many costs associated with accepting and processing refunds and restocking items. We would appreciate it if purchases are well-considered and returns are made with good reason.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and ensuring that the item is returned to us safely. Please ensure that you return the item via guaranteed special delivery with tracking and insurance.
International returns must be marked as "UK RETURNED GOODS" to avoid additional customs charges.
Items that have been personalised, altered or resized cannot be returned. This includes resizing that was included in the order and arranged through us.
If you believe an item has been damaged during the delivery process, please inform us and send photo evidence of this with 24 hours of delivery.
